Kelvin W.T. Choi is an accomplished Master Project Manager, Chartered Construction Manager, and Chartered Surveyor. He currently serves as the Assistant General Manager of the Building Construction Department at China State Construction Engineering (HK) Limited, bringing 25 years of extensive project management experience in the built environment.
Kelvin has been actively involved in over 20 projects across government, private, and semi-government sectors, including New Works, Alteration and Additional, Maintenance, and Heritage Conservation Construction. His expertise extends to promoting innovation in construction practices, particularly through Smart Site Construction initiatives. Kelvin has successfully implemented advanced techniques such as Building Information Modeling technology management and the Site Safety Supervision System (4S).
