AAPM PM Podcast Elite Talk Successfully Launched!

With a full house of young, passionate participants, we had an inspiring exchange on the future of digital transformation and innovation in construction.

The first episode of the AAPM PM Podcast Elite Talk was successfully held on 28 March 2025 at the China State Training Centre, bringing together industry leaders, professionals, and students for an engaging discussion on digital transformation and innovation in construction.

Our distinguished guests Ada Fung (R4), Wendy Lee (L3), Simon Ng (L2) and Chris Guan (L2) with our AAPM team, President Alan Kwan (R1) and Moderator Kelvin Choi (L1) during the engaging discussion session.

We were honored to have Ar Prof Ada Fung (Founding President, Hong Kong Alliance of Built Asset & Environment Information Management Associations), Dr Wendy Lee (Chairman, Hong Kong Innovative Technology Development Association), Ir Simon Ng (BIM Director, China State Construction Engineering (HK) Limited), and Mr Guan Guan (Assistant Director, China State Construction Engineering (HK) Limited) as our distinguished guests. Their expertise and insights provided valuable perspectives on the evolving landscape of construction and project management.

The event saw close to 100 participants joining both in-person and online, with dynamic exchanges centred around 30+ insightful questions submitted by HKU students. These questions fueled meaningful discussions, offering fresh insights into the challenges and opportunities in digital construction.
