This addition provides enhanced policy support for MPM and CIPM holders in areas such as entrepreneurship, employment, household registration based on points, and professional title points within Shanghai.
11月18日，上海市人力資源和社會保障局發佈《上海市境外職業資格證書認可清單（2.0版）》，國際註冊資深項目經理（MPM）、國際註冊高級項目經理（CIPM）被明確納入A類清單。為MPM、CIPM持證者在上海市創業就業、積分落戶、職稱積分提供更為有利的政策支持。
The release of the updated list aims to implement the goals of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee and the Fifth Plenary Session of the 12th Shanghai Municipal Party Committee. It also follows the "Opinions of the State Council on Pilot Work for Business Environment Innovation", promoting high-level institutional openness, advancing key industries, and attracting talent. This initiative seeks to improve the professional qualification and title system while establishing a talent evaluation framework that aligns with international standards. It offers tiered, classified, and supportive policies for holders of international professional qualifications like the MPM and CIPM.
《上海市境外職業資格證書認可清單（2.0版）》的印發，旨在全面貫徹黨的二十屆三中全會精神和十二屆上海市委五次全會精神，落實《國務院關於開展營商環境創新試點工作的意見》（國發〔2021〕24號），探索高水準制度型開放，促進重點領域產業發展和人才集聚，完善職業資格和職稱制度，搭建與國際接軌的人才評價體系。為MPM、CIPM在內的國際職業資格持證者提供分層、分類、配套相關政策措施。
